Part. is a fractional real estate investment platform built for Alphabet Investment Firm, designed around one conviction: that property investment shouldn't be reserved for
those with large capital.
The Idea
Real estate has always been one of the most reliable investments, but the entry barrier locked most people out. part. breaks a property into shares. Buy in with whatever
capital you have, own a proportional stake, and earn returns the same way any property owner does.
Revenue reaches investors through two channels:
- Rental income: when the property generates rent, it's distributed to shareholders proportionally
- Capital appreciation: when the property's market value rises, so does the value of your shares
The Platform
We built both the mobile app (iOS & Android) and the web platform from the ground up:
- A live marketplace where investors buy and sell shares between each other at prices they set
- A real-time portfolio dashboard showing each investor's holdings, current value, and payout history
- Transparent property pages with verified valuations, photos, location, and projected returns
- Instant payout tracking for rental distributions and capital events
